$999,000
This 4 bedroom, 4 bath short term rental log cabin sits at the very top of Mountain Shadow Way and has been a consistent revenue earner. It's set up to keep performing. Owning in Mountain Shadows gives your guests two community pools and two clubhouses without the cost of keeping up a private pool. Guests also get treetop quiet, Smoky Mountain sunsets, and downtown Gatlinburg less than 15 minutes away. Sitting at the top of the Mountain Shadows development gives this property incredible views while still allowing for easy paved access roads, plenty of parking and the comfort of knowing the roads and grounds will be impeccably maintained.
Four bedrooms and four full baths are split evenly across two levels, and a log bunk room adds more beds. That lets the cabin host larger groups, which is what drives nightly rates. Knotty pine walls rise to vaulted, beamed ceilings over an open living and dining area built around a stone gas fireplace. The lower level is the game room renters filter for, with a pool table, a Ms. Pac Man arcade, and theater recliners facing the big screen. Outside, covered porches with rockers, a gas grill, and a hot tub under the trees round out what guests are looking for.
